Vedantic is a law-firm anchored Employer of Record (EOR) and Contractor on Record (COR) solutions firm enabling multinational organizations to build and scale teams in India, without establishing a local entity, incorporating a subsidiary, or creating unintended permanent establishment exposure.
Established in 2021, our services are delivered through Vedantic Technologies Private Limited, an India-incorporated operating entity purpose-built to support offshore companies seeking India capability without triggering incorporation or business presence risks.
We treat EOR and COR as cross-border legal and tax structuring models, not as administrative payroll or contractor management solutions. Each engagement is designed with specific attention to employment classification, withholding and social security exposure, transfer pricing alignment, and permanent establishment risk—ensuring that operational flexibility does not come at the cost of regulatory vulnerability.
Where many EOR providers optimise for speed, scale, and automation, Vedantic prioritises structural defensibility. Employees are placed on Vedantic’s payroll under EOR. Independent professionals are engaged compliantly under COR. Each month, clients receive a consolidated invoice covering payroll costs and a transparent service fee, payable in USD. We manage all statutory compliances, filings, tax withholdings, and local employer obligations in India.
